Jean – Paul Dekiss was created on Oct 30, 1946 in Friedrichshafen. His parents are Hungarian source. He graduated in 1968 Institut des hautes études cinématographiques. He became a screenwriter and movie director of short movies (1975 – 1994). Two of these were offered on international celebrations: Les Murs d’une révolution (Leipzig, Cracow ; Greatest Documentary Film nomination for César Honor) and Car parking (Cannes).
