Mini Biography

Scott Steiner is a mainstay in professional wrestling for over 15 years. When he began available, he was a singles wrestler, wrestling in a few smaller sized federations before arriving at the NWA (WCW) to group with his old brother, Rick. It had been at the moment that Steiner became celebrated as one fifty percent of the best tag team from the 1990’s. Both brothers wreaked havoc on anyone who dared enter the band with them. Known because of their amazing wrestling arsenal of suplexes, both earned the WCW label team game titles on many events within a ten season time frame. Steiner, specifically, bacame well-schooled in the artwork of the suplex, as he’d use many types of this damaging wrestling proceed to render his foes senseless. He also created the Frankensteiner, a wrestling move which involves jumping up on your competitors shoulders off their front side, letting the body fall upside-down which means you mind can be between their hip and legs, and then making use of your abdomen and quads to power them forwards onto the mat. This move was perfected by Steiner, who could perform the maneuver from a position placement, while his opposition was working at him, or even to an opponent sitting down at the top rope. After many years in WCW, which noticed him win his first singles title (WCW Television title) in a short singles push for two months, The Steiner brothers went off towards the WWF in early 1993. For another year, both continuing their assault on every label team within their path, earning the WWF Label Team game titles on two events before departing in early 1994. Another stop for the tag team tandem was Japan, where in fact the two continued to prove why these were the best available. When WCW emerged contacting in 1996, the Steiner Brothers going back home. Once more they became the very best label group in WCW’s rates, taking on well-known label groups like Harlem Temperature, the street Warriors, as well as the Outsiders. They truly became a huge power in WCW against the nWo uprising in 1996-97. Their feud using the Outsiders (Scott Hall & Kevin Nash) in 1997 noticed the label team belts modification hands between your two many times. By early 1998, Scott didn’t even resemble the Steiner of old. He previously cut his locks short (it got always been make length), got beefed up his always-impressive entire body a lot more to appear to be a bodybuilder, and experienced grown a significant mean streak. Despite having his changing appearance, followers were still totally surprised when he fired up his sibling at WCW’s Superbrawl VIII pay-per look at in Feb of 1998. Steiner became a member of the ranks from the nWo and became among its lead males, dealing with the moniker “Big Poppa Pump”. He spent a lot of the 12 months feuding along with his sibling and assisting the nWo within their battle against the recently formed Wolfpack. By early 1999, the nWo had joined using the Wolfpack and WCW is at disarray. Steiner didn’t allow this chaos reach him, as he received it and the united states game titles in the 1st couple weeks of the entire year. He also reunited along with his sibling in the summertime of that 12 months, as the he and Rick kept the united states and TV game titles, respectively. By 2000, Steiner was a primary event star who was simply on his method to earn the World Name. He did that in nov that season, defeated Booker T to be the Globe Heavyweight Champ. He had taken on all comers in his four-month name reign and became perhaps one of the most prominent WCW Champions ever sold before WCW folded and was bought out with the WWF in March of 2003. He dropped the WCW Name to Booker T on the last model of WCW Nitro. Steiner made a decision to consider things possible for a while to recuperate from some back again problems that he previously been having, plus a serious nerve issue in his still left leg. He do wrestle many times for the internation-touring WWA, earning their version from the Tournament. He finally arrived in WWE in fall of 2002, instantly engaging in a feud with then-champion HHH. After headlining two direct pay-per-views in early 2003, Steiner started a partnership and a feud with fellow WWE superstar Check. This lasted for some of the entire year. He once again was compelled to take the time off from actions because of a groin damage. He has however to come back to action by Apr 2004, but understanding Steiner, he’ll return having a vengeance, therefore watch out.
